contact the Landmark Leasing Office. Please identify yourself as a resident of "HH1 (townhomes)". They will be happy to assist you. Your condo fees pay for use of the The Landmarks' amenities. Do not hesitate to take advantage of them!

Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
The clubhouse has been remodeled and seats 20 people formally with extra banquet tables and folding chairs if necessary. The code changes every Monday. There is no fee to use it or deposit as long as it continues to be cleaned up after use. The pool can never be reserved. There are no restricted hours on the clubhouse, however after 10 p.m. the door code is no longer useable so if they are going in and out, they will have to prop the door open.
The Fitness Center is open 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
